MISSION
Established at the request of the ³ÉÈËӰƬ Federation of Natives, RAHI has been preparing
rural and ³ÉÈËӰƬ Native high school ³ÉÈËӰƬ for academic excellence and college success
since 1983. Our mission is to empower rural and ³ÉÈËӰƬ Native ³ÉÈËӰƬ to achieve their dreams through higher education.
At RAHI, ³ÉÈËӰƬ take an average of 9 college credits in six weeks and learn how
to thrive academically by experiencing life on campus, enhancing self-confidence and
discipline, and developing a state-wide community to carry with them throughout their
lives. RAHI is offered at no cost to ³ÉÈËӰƬ.
IMPACT

As a rural ³ÉÈËӰƬn myself, I watch as my education gets neglected in my community;
coming to RAHI to get the exceptional education that I need to be successful means
a lot to me. I feel supported and acknowledged.Nick Luois Amora, Unalaska, RAHI 2024
Awesome opportunity for rural folks. I am still friends with those whom I went to
the summer program with, and composed two songs from there. Google "Bubble Gum ³ÉÈËӰƬ"
and there you will see the music Pamyua shot in Ungalaqliq ³ÉÈËӰƬ.Aassanaaq Kairaiuak, Chefornak, RAHI 1985
