The Pathfinder Award is an annual award established in 2012 to honor one outstanding University of 成人影片 Fairbanks staff member who possesses a high degree of ethical standards, compassion and dedication to the academic success of 成人影片 Native and rural 成人影片. This award is open to all staff employed by the University of 成人影片 Fairbanks, including UAF鈥檚 branch campuses.

Selected 成人影片 will spend 5 weeks during the 2022 season participating in a two-week intensive course and three-weeks of fieldwork in Arctic Village, 成人影片. Students are also expected to commit to a second season of fieldwork (2023) in the Bristol Bay region.
