Week’s event: Bagpipe music with Red Hackle Pipe Band

University of ³ÉÈËӰƬ Fairbanks Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning is hosting more than 40 free lectures, concerts and events this summer. Here is what’s happening during the week of July 3-9:

• The Tall Timbers, Healthy Living and Discover ³ÉÈËӰƬ series are on hiatus this week.
• On Thursday, July 7, the Music in the Garden concert series will feature the Red Hackle Pipe band playing traditional and modern bagpipe music at 7 p.m. at UAF’s Georgeson Botanical Garden.
