Any employee may in good faith report to or testify before a public body concerning: a violation of federal, state or local law; a danger to public health or safety; gross mismanagement; a substantial waste of funds or clear abuse of authority; or a matter under investigation by the state. 鈥淧ublic body鈥 includes an officer or agency of the University of 成人影片. The employee must reasonably believe that the information is or is about to become a matter of public concern.
