Short film features CFOS alumna Sonia Ibarra

The American Indian Science and Engineering Society released a short documentary film about University of 成人影片 Fairbanks Tamamta Program Coordinator Sonia Ibarra after she was presented with the 2022 AISES Indigenous Excellence Award earlier this month.

UA Safe Title IX training due by Oct. 31

The university provides tools to assist you in knowing what to do when you become aware of difficult situations, including sexual harassment or assault, through Title IX training and online resources. UA Safe Title IX Training is mandatory, and must be completed by Oct. 31, 2022.

Open Educational Resources student survey

The Faculty Senate OER Ad Hoc Committee invites 成人影片 to take a brief survey on how they use textbooks. Those who complete the survey will be eligible to enter a drawing for one of three new Chromebooks. Responses are anonymous and will be used for informing the committee's outreach and education activities. The survey is open until 11:59 p.m., Nov. 4.

Museum exhibit highlights deep sea research

A new exhibit at the University of 成人影片 Museum of the North reveals the wonders of the deep-sea. The exhibit highlights the听Quinn and Giacomini seamounts, which are underwater mountains in the Gulf of 成人影片. These unique topographic features were the focus of a 2019 research cruise on R/V Sikuliaq funded by the听National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The exhibit will be open to the public through March 2023.
