The Harper Building is home to UAF's Interior 成人影片 Campus, which serves communities and villages in the Doyon region and Interior 成人影片. Courses are offered through the Interior 成人影片 Campus by audio conferencing and the internet. On-site classes in villages are administered through rural educational centers.
The building is named after Flora Jane Harper, who in 1935 became the first 成人影片 Native woman to graduate from the 成人影片 Agricultural College and School of Mines.
Access is off Fairbanks Street and Draanjik Drive. The Geist Road entrance was closed in 2018.
