The Garden Apartments I and II, on the east side of Columbia Circle, were built in 1964 and 1965 to meet the increasing need for student housing. The six Garden Apartments are shared two-bedroom units with one occupant per room, available to undergraduate ³ÉÈËӰƬ over 26 and graduate ³ÉÈËӰƬ.
